National Youth Agency (NYA) is one of the Youth Investment Fund’s (YIF) delivery partners.

In this film, Kirsty Burden, Programme Officer for National Youth Agency, explains that their role has been to support every youth service to create development plans to reach the YIF Quality Standards in Youth Participation, Government and Leadership and Youth Work Practice.

Kirsty shares that the biggest challenge youth services have faced is recruiting, retaining and training youth workers and accessing the right resources.
