Phil Atkinson from 33rd Norwich Scouts says the Youth Investment Fund has been transformational.

Reflecting on the capital programme, Phil adds that the proudest achievement was transforming a derelict freezing building into a brand-new space and seeing hundreds of young people coming through every month. “It’s a joy to see people using the space to its full potential.”
