Social Investment Business

Social Investment Business supports charities and social enterprises to build stronger and fairer communities. They offer funding and flexible, adaptive support to the organisations that make up the social economy, providing them with the tools they need to make a positive difference to the communities they work within.

The lead delivery partner, Social Investment Business will co-ordinate and manage the Fund as a whole, as well as directly work with projects that are delivering in London, the North East and South East of England.

National Youth Agency

National Youth Agency is the national body for youth work, and the Professional Statutory and Regulatory Body (PSRB) for youth work in England. They have been transforming the lives of young people through youth work for over 50 years. By championing, professionalising, and enabling youth work, they strive to find better, more inventive ways to empower more young people.

NYA will coordinate three key aspects of fund insight and delivery; the involvement of young people, embedding high quality youth work, and the effective engagement of the wider sector.

Key Fund

Key Fund invests in the community and social enterprises that have traditionally been excluded; turned down by mainstream banks and building societies. Particularly those in disadvantaged areas. Key Fund believes in the power of people to find solutions to the challenges facing their communities. Their mission is to remove barriers to finance.

Key Fund will work with YIF projects that are delivering in Yorkshire and Humber and the North West of England.

Resonance

Resonance is a social impact property fund manager. They provide life changing housing solutions for people facing crisis. Through their property funds they work with housing partners to provide safe, affordable homes with wrap around support. Since their first property fund launched in 2013, they have helped to provide homes for almost 3,000 individuals and families in over 1,000 properties.

Resonance will work with YIF projects that are delivering in the South West of England and the Midlands.

Fusion21

Fusion21 is Youth Investment Fund’s procurement partner.

Fusion21 is a national social enterprise specialising in efficient and impactful public sector procurement and social value services. To date, the organisation has saved its members more than £308 million through the procurement process, created over 9,600 employment outcomes, and generated more than £136 million in social impact.

As The Youth Investment Fund’s procurement partner, Fusion21 has established a ‘Youth Investment Fund Framework’ and will ensure the contract maximises, monitors, and measures social value outcomes in addition to procurement efficiencies. Fusion21 will also support Social Investment Business with assurance and governance obligations associated with procurement activity.
